Costa Maya Living no longer sells, supports or endorses Costa Maya Villas in any way. The developer's website may lead you to think Costa Maya Living is somehow associated with the project. The developer has in the past and continues to claim that the entire subdivision of Benque Soya is owned or "controlled" by him.

I personally own three properties in the same subdivision and have many clients who have already purchased many of the properties plus we have seven other properties for sale that are in no way connected with this developer or his project.
