SOUTH RIO INDIO - PRIVACY AND YET CIVILIZATION, TOO

This is the part of Rio Indio that is private. The lot has a beautiful beach and has been cleared with a keen eye, leaving beautiful palms and native trees.

The beach is free of rocks as is the water which is not common in Rio Indio. The road is all the way to the back of the property so you have plenty of room to build.

There are two very, very nice new homes nearby so it is easy to see which direction this area is developing.
