TIROVINO RESTAURANT

This is one of the landmarks of Mahahual in the "Little Italy" part of town. Once a wonderful Thai restaurant which has been vacant in recent months. It is next door to Luna de Plata hotel, restaurant. The palapa here was destroyed by Hurricane Dean, however the lot is just a beatiful as before.

Cruise ship passengers use this area of beach for starting off on kayak and snorkel tours. Electricity and telephone can be installed at the Buyers option.

This beautiful palapa has a great beach with its own pier and is perfectly situated on the outskirts of town next to a popular Italian restaurant and beach bar. Formerly used as a restaurant it has an ample kitchen and Argentinean-style grill, high ceilings and a great mezzanine that overlooks the restaurant eating area.

Behind the restaurant, above the bathrooms, showers, and storage room, there is a single roomed cabana, with its own bathroom and shaded terrace area, overlooking the back garden space which has great potential for creating a larger eating area or further construction. A bonus with this property is that as it is 40m deep which will have two access points, one from the beach front road and the other from the second road which is to be built in the future.

City electricity, water and telephone lines are all available in this part of town.
