El Placer Caribe !

You may know this place as the old "El Placer Caribe" property that was the heart of Placer for many years. Now the old hotel is gone and in its place is nothing but a beautiful "blank slate" for doing just about anything you want.

The building density is quite high here so a hotel, bed & breakfast, a large beach house, or just a small casita with plenty of space for privacy are all possible.

This is the only property available that I know of in Placer that has so much contiguous beachfront.
