"Tanquila Dos" subdivision is closer to the access road at Xahuayxol than its better known bigger sister " Tanquila" a few kilometers to the south.

One very important difference is the location of the beach road. The original property owner had the beach road moved to behind the property line so there is over 90mt of room to build on.
