Uvero is about 20 miles north of Mahahual. It is known for it's white sand and two other exceptional characteristics...the height of the palms and the calm water offshore that is perfect to swim, snorkel, or dive. This is due to the excellent reef protection just offshore.
"Uvero" is the name of a common (and protected) tree in the area and it means "Sea Grape" in English. The fruit of the tree is quite tasty and the Maya made jelly out of the fruit.
This area has a history going back for years as a fisherman's paradise...full of lobster and all kinds of fish. There are large lagoons behind most of the area which are also full of fresh water fish. The wildlife here is abundant.
Notice the width of this lot...23 meters is a bit larger than most properties in Costa Maya, plus there is 136mt of beautiful tropical trees.! All the property is between the road and the federal zone.
Other companies are listing properties in this same area for much more...this is an excellent price.
The beautiful oceanfront is perfect for swimming or snorkeling.
Located just a short way from the "Dolphin Discovery" faciilty in Uvero this is an ideal location.
