Here is an opportunity to buy as little as 16mt (over 66') to 64mt (over 245') of very nice beach. This is an excellent area for swimming/snorkeling.

More elevation here than most in Costa Maya gives not only a better view but also more protection from possible surges.

The beach quality is excellent...no rocks and very little sea grass!

Some areas of Costa Maya are very remote but this is not one of them! It's close enough to Mahahual to be convenient but not so close lose any privacy. Several nice new beach homes are in the general vicinity.
